This years Confirmation Retreats theme was the " 10 Commandments".  The youth were asked to come up with a cheer, slogan, song, poem, etc. that will help others better understand the 10 Commandments.  These are their responses.
Commandment Response
I.  I, the Lord, am you God,  You shall not have other beside me. 1.  The most wonderful thing about God is he's the only ONE!

2.  One true god of heaven and earth.
There for us since the moment of birth.
He is in every breath we take and in every choice we make.
Above all others he will always be.
And therefore no other God will we see.
II.  You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God in vain. 1.  You would never want to call your best friend a bad name, so why would you call Him that?!  Call him by his name.  Why use it for anything else?....OMG!...Oh My GOSH!

2.  Be careful how you use His name,
remember that it's never a game!
Don't put his name to shame.
When you use bad words in your life,
it's like cutting God with a knife.
Use His name to give thanks and glory,
ask us and we'll tell you the story.
The 2nd commandment you should do,
follow all them, or you'll be blue!
III.  Remember to keep holy the Sabbath day. 1.  Sunday Remember
Jesus died for us!
Tell your friends to go to church!
New beginning!  Keep the Eucharist and the Gospel in heart and in mind to make the right choices!

2.  Sunday

Honor your mother
If you can't do it in front of them,
Don't do it in front of another.

2.  Parents are cool so follow the rules
IV.  Honor your father and mother.
Four is the core
Let's say it some more!
Parents are cool...

V.  You shall not kill. 1.  We care about other people's right to life, especially the elderly, the poor, and the prisoner, and also the unborn.
New Mexico has repealed the death sentence.
Everyone has the RIGHT to LIFE!

2.  Mourn the unborn
Keep your conscience clean you know he sees everything.
When war is done no good is won.
Commit the crime do the time.
Don't be cold warm the old.

In your book of life everyone deserves a happy ending.
V.  You shall not commit adultery. Think about the consequences.
By praying, going to confession
Talking with them about what would happen if you commit adultery
What it would do to your family
DON'T CHEAT
BE LOYAL
VII.  You shall not steal.  Jesus didn't steal...
Why should you?
VIII.  You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.  I have a dream....
IX.  You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.
X.  You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor. Don't covet things you don't need,
then you'll be jealous and filled with greed.
Be thankful and gracious for what you've been given,
then you'll surely get into heaven.
